What products do you offer?

We offer a large variety of fabrics, haberdashery, trimmings and more! Our website features many of these items, but as some are bulkier (for example, upholstery fabrics, cushions etc) it's best to call in person to see our full range.

I made something using your products! Can I share my makes with you?

We love to see what our customers have made using our fabrics! If you'd like to share your projects with us, either send us a picture on Facebook or WhatsApp or tag us in a post on Instagram.

How long does an order take to process?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Click & Collect orders will be available for collection in 1 working day. If there are any issues, we will get in contact with you. If you require your order to arrive a bit quicker, please get in touch!

Can you post internationally?

We mainly post within the UK & Ireland, but we have done special orders for International customers in the past. If you are interested in ordering, and live outside the UK/Ireland, please feel free to send us an email or message on social media. We can look into possible couriers and postage prices for you.

Do you accept returns?

We cannot accept returns on fabrics, as we specially cut the fabric for every order. The only reason we may accept a return, is if there is a major fault in the fabric. We will need photographic evidence of any faults, before we accept returns. We do not accept returns based on:

  • Colours not being right/as imagined

  • Not liking the print

  • Issues after washing/cutting

  • Fabric not being right for your project

How do I wash my fabrics?

Sometimes fabrics will come with washing instructions. If so, we will provide that information in the product description. 
If not, we highly recommend cutting a test swatch of your fabric, and wash on cool either by hand or gentle machine setting. 

We cannot accept returns if fabric has been damaged by incorrect washing, so we advise our customers to be careful. 

What payment methods do you accept?

With online orders, we accept credit/debit cards or PayPal. Phone orders are also paid via credit/debit cards. In store, we accept both cash and card payments. 

If I bought fabric a while ago and needed more, will it be the exact same?

We cannot guarantee that fabrics will be 100% the same shade if we reorder them. Fabric suppliers sometimes slightly change colours or weaves, depending on their manufacturers. If unsure, send us a message or email and we'll do our best to get you the closest match.
